Yacht Charter Description

Luxury Yacht Galaxy is a 2005 launched 56m Mediterranean & Caribbean charter motor yacht. Galaxy is the debut product of Benetti’s new Italian yard, Livorno, and she has been superbly designed inside and out by Stefano Natucci.

Luxury Yacht Galaxy

Luxury motor yacht Galaxy boasts unusual exotic woods, including oak, maple burl, eucalyptus, European plain tree and sycamore, and also interesting marbles rarely seen on luxury charter yachts. A wine cellar, a fully equipped exercise gym, a Jacuzzi, an elevator between all floors, include the various additional amenities which add to her charter desirability. Her aft deck reveals a large built-in sofa which benevolently accommodates a dozen or so sun worshippers and afternoon party-goers.

Galaxy’s top Flying Bridge has been wonderfully and imaginatively designed. Her Sun Deck is ideal for complete relaxation with its five sunning lounges, bar area, and dining & snack table (as serviced by the dumbwaiter). This area can also be used to land a helicopter.

Dining and entertaining aboard Motor Yacht Galaxy can be either formal or informal depending on the moment. Her upper deck Sky Lounge features an impressive glass paneled dining room and circular dining table. These glass panels slide open to reveal a superb 180-degree view of wherever you are moored in the Mediterranean or Caribbean – a beautiful alfresco dining setting. Visual screen entertainment is represented by a 42 inch plasma screen and a 77 inch retractable screen for the cinema. Galaxy’s the upper deck Sky Lounge salon offers chat areas, gaming tables, couches, and of course a fully stocked bar.

A stroll through Galaxy’s twin automatic sliding doors will bring you inside her volumous salon which features a lovely airy décor of beige and cream. She is a modern yacht with efficient and simple use of space and shape as detailed with the use beautiful sycamore woods. Geometric coffee tables face the staid couches and all forms work together as one considered entity. 0 MISTRAL 55

MISTRAL 55 is the final yacht to feature in the October edition of our favourite charter yachts. She is a luxurious Pershing 115, who was recently on show at the Cannes Boat Show 2012. She is a very fast yacht, which can reach speeds of up to 50 knots, thanks to a gas turbine, making it possible to go from Monaco to St Tropez in an hour! She can provide accommodation for up to 10 guests in 4 modern cabins, as well as beautiful decks and living areas. She is a great choice for a day charter to the exclusive Pampelonne Beach and would not look out of place amongst the Super Yachts. Why not try a lunch reservation at Kailargo or La Ramatuelle, fantastic restaurants on offer at the celebrity hotspot, Nioulargo Beach. She is a very popular day charter option for friends or family and will not disappoint.

0 TIGER LILY

TIGER LILY OF LONDON is another one of our favourite luxury yachts available in Spain, Ibiza and Majorca. She is a stunning Pershing 90 motor yacht, with 3 cabins and accommodation for 7 guests. She is the perfect luxury day charter yacht or for multiple days around the beautiful islands of Majorca and Ibiza. She has great outdoor space, with plenty of space for guests to sunbathe and soak up the golden rays of the Mediterranean Sun. She is an impressive motor yacht, with speeds of up to 44 knots whilst maintaining great comfort. She has enough water toys for the whole family, including Seadoo’s, scuba gear, snorkelling equipment as well as a fast tender to enjoy the doughnuts, water skis and wakeboards. We would highly recommend a charter on her in June, July or August 2013. Book now to avoid disappoint!

0 JACKIE ONE

JACKIE ONE is a luxurious Amercraft 26m motor yacht with 4 staterooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. She has undergone a complete makeover in 2007, which included a Jacuzzi, as well a complete interior refit. She has a great crew, including a very experienced captain who has extensive knowledge of the Amalfi Coast, as well as a chef whose cuisine is second to none. We would highly recommend her for both families and friends for a weeks duration, where guests can soak up the natural beauty of the Amalfi Coast, as well as the beautiful weather. There is no better place to be than in the Jacuzzi on her Flybridge with a glass of champagne and watching the sunset over Positano.

0 Pisa Superyachts – Project 12

Pisa Superyachts, formerly Cantieri di Pisa, is picking up where its predecessor left off. It recently completed the 153-foot (46.5-meter) megayacht Project 12, with the same craftspeople working on the build.
If you’re familiar with Cantieri di Pisa projects, you’ll recognize Project 12’s lines as being similar to those of its Akhir models. Project 12 also has a similarly good turn of speed, reportedly 24.5 knots at top end and 22.5 knots at cruise. Power comes from twin 4,670-hp MTUs.
The megayacht was commissioned by an experienced owner who wanted voluminous spaces and flexibility for charter. As a result, Project 12, which is classed to ABS and MCA compliant, has accommodations for 12 or 14 guests, depending on how rooms are configured. Specifically, the full-beam VIP suite has a separate lounge, which can transform into a stateroom via a sliding door that’s soundproofed for privacy. The remaining four guest cabins include two twin-bedded staterooms that both have pullmans. As for the master suite (above), it is, of course, full beam and is situated on the main deck. The his-and-her baths are accompanied by his-and-her, walk-in wardrobes.
Mark Berryman Design fashioned Project 12’s interior, using limed teak, marble, and leather, but notably glass for the floating staircase between the main and upper decks, topped by a skylight. No doubt the owner and charter guests alike will make good use of the skylounge (above), given port and starboard balconies that are accessed via sliding doors. They’ll also certainly enjoy the saloon’s music/library nook and bar.
Project 12 is for charter via Burgess’ central listing and for sale jointly by Burgess and Opal Marine. Asking price: €23 million (about $29.65 million). The megayacht is on display at the Cannes boat show this week and will be at the Monaco Yacht Show next week.

Here’s a superyacht that’s the stuff of a seafarer’s dream: the 87 meter Iwana, a behemoth of a craft that takes its design cues from the auspicious mythical dragon.

0 World’s Most Expensive Yachts

The Jacht was originally a lightweight Dutch naval vessel used to pursue pirates in shallow waters. When King Charles II chose to sail in one on his return to England in what would later be known as the English Restoration, the Jacht became a symbol of important and, eventually, wealth and luxury. Today, that tradition is still quite alive and nothing demonstrates that fact better than the most expensive yachts in the world.
