1966 Shelby Cobra 427 S/C was the car which was believed to have too much chassis power among other vehicles of that time. The car had an impressive 480 bhp speed. It generally resembled to some European sports car at that time but this 10th at our top 10 classic American muscle cars was an awesomely designed American muscle vehicle. One version of 1966 Shelby Cobra 427 S/C was made for Shelby and other one for Bill Cosby.
The advantage of the Shelby Cobra is that it wedded big American muscle into a small Uk roadster within a package easier and less costly than the European competition.
